Dalian is a major city and seaport in southern Liaoning Province in northeast China. It is a young city with only a 100-year history. As the southernmost city in Northeast China and China's northernmost warm water port, Dalian is a trading and financial center in northeast Asia. Two things have earned the city a great reputation: football and fashion.
